I specialise in portraiture that is natural, creative and unique. Capturing all the details, moments and emotions that make up your big day is very important to me.
I try not to be intrusive and photograph your day exactly as it happens with my documentary style of photography as, often, it’s when people don’t realise the camera is on them that true intimacy and emotion is captured.

Healey Barns was one of the first wedding venues that I photographed at when I first began doing wedding photography, so I was super excited to revisit it for Becky and Aarons wedding day. Becky got ready at the Lord Crewe Arms before driving to the venue for the...
Naomi & Pete were supposed to have their wedding back in 2020, and while they were able to get married the lockdown limits had meant they couldnt have the wedding party with their friends and family around them. This year they were able to celebrate their wedding...
I met up with Sarah and Henry for their pre wedding shoot at Rumbling Kerns ahead of their wedding in June at Eden Barn. It was a beautiful evening and we were treated to a lovely creamy sunset over the rock formations of the coast.

Well, what a day! Sam & Bianca were married at the True Jesus Church in Oesburn, followed by a walk around Jesmond Dene and then a traditional Tea Ceremony at the family home before heading to the Baltic for their evening reception.
What People Say about Rachael Fraser Photography
” Whilst the posed shots were important to us, it’s the incidental, natural shots that we really love and we knew Rachael would be able to capture those moments. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She blended into the wedding in the best possible way, directing us where she needed to but allowing the flow of the wedding to continue without interruption, and produced the most beautiful photos from it. I haven’t stopped looking at them since they arrived!”

“Our fantastic photographer was Rachael Fraser and she totally captured our day exactly how we wanted. She knew I wasn’t really a fan of posing or getting my photograph taken, but captured lots of natural, personal moments in our wedding which were just stunning. She has taken possibly the most beautiful pictures of our children I have ever seen on one of the most special days of all of our lives, and we cant stop looking and enjoying them again and again. We will treasure them forever.”
– LAURIE & SEAN
” Rachael Fraser was our wedding photographer in July 2019 and we couldn’t be happier with our photos!! We cannot stop looking at them and she captured everything exactly as promised; discreetly, real, without us knowing and got every detail, no matter how big or small. She knew exactly where to be, how to work the backgrounds and get all of the best settings.
There were no cheesy staged photos, as those are just not us, instead we had fun and laughed and were able to just be ourselves. “
