A few years ago I went for a walk around the lake at Kielder and spotted a rock formation that was jutting out into the lake and instantly saw an image in my head of a Bride and groom standing out there looking out over the scenary. Since then I had been intending to do a photoshoot here, but the pandemic slightly delayed my plans. In the spring I finally decided to get organised and got in touch with the Kielder waterside wedding venue as well as a few talented suppliers. As the shoot was primarily outside I was concerned about the weather, but we had the perfect day with a glorious sunset (enhanced by the sahara dust that happened to be blowing over the UK that week) and it all came together exactly as I had envisaged.
